These Terms govern your use of Smart Lists. By using the app or website, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
Using Smart Lists
You may use Smart Lists for lawful personal or organisational purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite to shared lists and the decisions you make based on information shown by the app.
Shared lists and invitations
Only invite people you intend to give access to a shared list. Members of a shared list may be able to view and change information in that list. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to share.
Budgets and balances
Smart Lists is an organisational tool, not a banking, accounting or financial advisory service. Budget totals, Personal Balance values and payer tracking depend on the information entered into the app. You are responsible for checking important financial information independently.
Availability and changes
Smart Lists may be updated, changed, interrupted or discontinued. Features can change as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Smart Lists, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, use the service for unlawful activity or use invitations and shared lists to harass, deceive or harm other people.
Intellectual property
Smart Lists, its branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Smart Lists or its branding to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Lists is provided without guarantees that it will meet every use case or be error free. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by users, decisions made from list data, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Smart Lists at any time. Uninstalling the app is different from requesting account or data deletion. See the Account Deletion page for the deletion process.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Smart Lists changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
